Returns & Exchanges Policy

Because our pieces are handmade in limited quantities, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

However, we want you to feel confident when purchasing. If you have any questions about sizing, fit, or materials, please contact us before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or significantly different from what was described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review the situation and provide a repair, replacement, or refund when applicable.

Order Cancellations

All sales are final. We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed.

Shipping

All US orders are shipped via USPS. International orders are shipped via DHL Express Worldwide. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Processing Time

Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before your package is shipped. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight. USPS delivery estimates are as follows (not guaranteed):

  • USPS Ground Advantage: 2-5 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail Express: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

International Shipping

International orders may take longer to arrive depending on customs processing times. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. We will assist when possible, but we cannot replace items lost after delivery.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not able to reroute packages once they have been shipped.
